Pricing Structure

There are 3 levels of counselling available depending on the needs of the client. Our Therapists are experienced, fully insured and clinically supervised.
  1. Ivy Light Essential: Sessions are carried out by our Masters Level Trainee Therapists at £25 for 50 minutes.
  2. Ivy Light Plus: Sessions are carried out by our Qualified Therapists at £40 for 50 minutes.
  3. Ivy Light Premium: Sessions are carried out by our Senior Qualified Therapists at £45 for 50 minutes.
Standard counselling rate without the Partnership is £55 per session.

Flexible Payment Options

We know businesses large and small need options to be able to provide affordable mental health services to their employees. You can choose one of the options below or talk to us about a way of delivering counselling to your workforce in a way that suits your business model.
  • Fully funded sessions as part of your employee wellbeing provision.
  • Part-funded, allowing employees to pay a portion of the fees.

General

A flexible mental health and counselling service for businesses that offers confidential 1-to-1 therapy for employees, wellbeing assessments, and optional workshops or training to support a mentally healthy workforce.
Your organisation signs up to a 12 month Partnership with Ivy Light. During this period, your employees can access counselling support through your chosen tier(s), and you benefit from agreed pricing and support options. At the end of the year, the Partnership can be renewed if it still meets your company's needs.
The initial commitment is for one year, this ensures we can provide consistent support and make space in our clinical diary for your team. The Partnership can be renewed annually, but prices, terms, or session fees may be subject to review after the first 12 months.
Not exactly. While we offer similar support, our model is more personal, flexible, and cost-effective, ideal for SMEs and organisations seeking meaningful impact without the complexity or cost of a traditional EAP.

For Employers

Mental health support reduces absenteeism, boosts morale, and improves retention. Employees who feel supported are more engaged, resilient, and productive.
Yes. Some companies offer universal support, while others target particular teams, roles, or individuals in need. We'll work with you to tailor access.
You sign up to a 12 month Partnership. After that, you can choose to renew. Prices or terms may change after the first year.
As an employer who is part of the programme, your employees already have access to reduced cost therapy. Some employers choose to further subsidise session costs for their employees. Eg. For each session the employer may subsidise £5 which would reduce the cost of Ivy Light Essential therapy to £20 for the employee. These subsidies would be tallied and invoiced at the end of each month.
If you choose to subsidise the sessions you can set a monthly limit where we will inform you if the amount due to be paid is coming close to exceeding this limit. At this point we wouldn't take any more clients from your company until either other employes have finished their sessions or more funding becomes available. The subsidy is completely optional for the employer.

For Employees

Employees receive a unique booking link or referral code. All sessions are confidential and booked directly with Ivy Light, no need to go through HR once approved.
Yes, absolutely. Employers will never receive personal or clinical information about who accessed therapy or what was discussed.
Stress, anxiety, burnout, low mood, grief, relationship issues, work/life balance, and more. Both personal and professional challenges can be explored.
We offer both remote sessions via secure video calls, and in-person sessions available at our offices in Lincoln.

Results & Impact

We can provide anonymised usage summaries and feedback (e.g. number of sessions used, general themes). No individual data is shared unless explicit consent is given.
Yes. We can carry out one-off or periodic wellbeing assessments and provide recommendations or reports to inform your HR or wellbeing strategy.
Absolutely. We offer sessions on topics such as stress management, emotional resilience, mental health awareness and wellbeing in leadership.

Practicalities

We can onboard your organisation within days. A simple agreement is signed, and your bespoke link and materials are sent out to share with staff.
Yes. We are committed to accessible therapy for all. Ivy Light Essential therapy (£25) is perfect for small teams and community-focused organisations, however, your employees would be able to access the appropriate tier for their personal needs.
Yes. All our Therapists are fully insured and clinically supervised in line with BACP or NCPS ethical standards. Trainee Therapists are in the final stages of undergraduate or postgraduate training and work under enhanced clinical supervision.
