Individual Counselling Services

We are pleased to offer personalised and effective individual counselling services for adults and young people.

We understand the importance of providing psychotherapy in a way that is convenient and comfortable for our clients, which is why we offer both face-to-face and online therapy options.

Individual Therapy For Adults:

During our adult therapy sessions, you can expect a duration of 50 minutes. The initial session will serve as an assessment to understand your unique circumstances and goals. From there, we will work together to create a personalised plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Our approach is collaborative, ensuring that your preferences and objectives are consistently prioritised.

Individual Therapy For Young People Aged 11 To 18:

We understand that young people have their own unique needs and communication styles. Our therapy services for young people are designed to be engaging, supportive, and adapted to their specific requirements. Whether they choose to join us for face-to-face sessions or prefer the flexibility of online therapy, we are here to help.

Our experienced therapists provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for young people to explore their thoughts and emotions. We are dedicated to helping them develop coping strategies, improve their overall well-being, and achieve their goals. It is important to note that the duration of sessions may vary, based on how the young person engages within the session and their individual needs, lasting up to 50 minutes.
