Personalised Plan

Your initial 50 minute online session will serve as an assessment to understand your unique circumstances and goals. From there, we will work together to create a personalised plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Our approach is collaborative, ensuring that your preferences and objectives are consistently prioritised.

Engaging & Supportive

Young people have their own unique needs and communication styles. Therefore, our online counselling services are designed to be engaging, supportive and adapted to their specific requirements. Our experienced Therapists provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for young people to explore their thoughts and emotions.

Benefits Of Online Counselling

Online counselling offers numerous benefits for individuals seeking therapy or mental health support.

However, it may not be suitable for everyone, and factors such as the severity of the issues, the need for in-person support, and individual preferences should be considered.

If you don't know which method of therapy would be best for your circumstances, please contact us and let our Therapists advise you.

Accessibility

Eliminates geographical barriers, allowing individuals to access therapy regardless of their location in the UK. This is particularly beneficial for those in remote areas or individuals with limited mobility who may have difficulties attending in-person sessions.

Convenience

Offers flexibility in terms of scheduling and location. It eliminates the need for travel and allows individuals to engage in online therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes, making it more convenient for those with busy schedules or transportation limitations.

Anonymity & Privacy

Provides a sense of anonymity and privacy. Some individuals may feel more comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings and personal information in an online setting, especially if they are concerned about stigma or judgment associated with seeking therapy.

Expanded Therapist Options

Online counselling widens the pool of available Therapists. Individuals can choose from a larger network of professionals as they are not limited to therapists in their immediate vicinity. This allows for a better chance of finding a UK Counsellor who matches their specific needs or preferences.

Enhanced Accessibility

It can be particularly beneficial for individuals who may face additional barriers to seeking in-person counselling. This includes individuals with physical disabilities, transportation challenges, social anxiety or those in marginalised communities who may feel more comfortable seeking support remotely.

Continuity Of Care

Enables individuals to maintain continuity of care even when faced with travel or relocation. If someone has an established therapeutic relationship with a specific Counsellor, they can continue their online therapy sessions without disruption.
